Welcome
Summers warm, winters cold.
Flowers bloom, leaves fall.
The sun it sets, the stars come out;
The moon it sets, the sun climbs bold.
The rain it falls, the trees grow tall.
The seasons pass. The days turn ‘bout.
Welcome. This is Earth.
The flowers they smell; the birds they sing.
The young ones play and learn; the young ones sleep.
The rivers wind, the winds arrive.
The mountains climb, the valleys slide.
The waves they crash, the cliffs so steep.
The beings all come alive.
Welcome. This is home.
The old ones love, the old ones bless’d.
The young ones grow, like bees to tend their hive.
Their nests and homes decor’ed.
The dens and holes are kept.
The caves and nooks explored.
All beings for life they strive.
Welcome. Be our guest.
